bluetooth help "My bluetooth places" missing

I've used wireless link in the control panel to successfully pair up via
bluetooth with my ericsson T616 phone.

That said, I can't find the "My Bluetooth Places" icon that all the help
files suggests should be on my desktop so I can do anything with this.

I'm using a thinkpad T40p

Any suggestions? Do I need to run some sort of bluetooth setup?

Check under MY COMPUTER, it may be a sub-folder within that folder.

Thanks, but it wasn't there.

I ended up uninstalling the device, and updating the IBM software. The
Icon now appears as it should. Of course I still have trouble linking with
the device, but now it's a bluetooth question and not an XP question!!
