Windows XP blue square on screen

i have a blue square appeared on my screen after login and a message in bottom bar saying it is CETIUI_MainForm how can i remove it please im desperate

From a thread back in 2007 on the subject.

No, Mr Flopps you is wrong!
The info i posted was from another post where the person had been spamming.
I did not want to give them a 2nd chance and post a link to their post!

Far as I can see the geezer's only got two posts, neither of which hint at any spam whatsoever. I also note the word 'Edited' has appeared....

Could be me of course, perhaps I got too much sun up that ladder on Friday.

Feckit did not think you were a spammer. He got the solution to your problem from another thread where the poster had posted spam, but as it was in news groups spam usualll goes undetected. If you looked at the post I made before you would see a link to the post Feckit was refering to

Oh, I finally understand. It didn't seem that way to me, but there you go, can't be right all the time

A line of text pointing out a spammer had posted in the linked post might have been helpful then I could have zapped the offender.
