Blue screen stop errors 0x00000008E & Memory Dump

i get this stop error almost daily. i also get ones that point to win32k.sys

what is the cause of this? is it software or hardware related?

Try the advanced startup options.

Hit F8 after post, befor OS attempts to start.
IF you had been able to get into it in the past select
Last known good configuration.
IF you have not been able to get into ever, select safe
mode. If this lets you in, your problem is driver related.
Video most likely, but may also be network, or sound card.
Disable all unneccessary devices in device manager and try
again.
