Blank page every other one how can I fix it?

6 page report is 12 pages because of a blank page every other one. There's
nothing on the blank pages, not even a period.

You've got to much extra space on your report. Go to design view and remove
the space around it, and make sure the report is less that 6 inches wide,
probably only 5 1/2.

I am having this same problem!
I cannot get the report width smaller than 22". I tried clicking and
dragging and changing the "width" in properties (it pops back to 22" when I
type anything in). Auto Resize is set to "No".

The information in my report is 9" wide. I added a label, just to test it,
in the area to the right of my data (past 11" - I am in landscape), and when
I go to print preview, the label shows up on the 'blank' page, but only part
of it - it gets cutoff about 1.5 inches from the left margin of the page.

Please help! Thanks.

If you can't drag the report boundaries either left or up it is because
they are "hitting something". You either have a line or something else that
is hard to see sitting there.

Any suggestions as to how to locate it? I tried selecting all and zooming to
1000% and I don't see anything.
Thanks.

Try changing the background color? Not being able to drag left is usually
caused by a vertical line which when positioned at the exact edge of the print
area is difficult to see. Not being able to drag up is usually a horizontal
line. Of course other controls can be inadvertently set to have zero height or
zero width (or both) in which case they would be hard to find as well.

Check the list of objects in the upper left and select them one at a time until
you find the culprit.
