Beta2 Setting Questions

Updated to Microsoft Spyware Beta 2. Several questions unanswered in the
documentation. (1)....Software installs with "Quick Scan" set in Options.
The choices are, QuickScan and Full Scan. Which would be the better to use
and Why? (2) When I used Beta1, I set the scans to take place on four
different days of the week. In Beta2 I can only select Daily or JUST ONE
DAY? (3) Can I set Beta2 to Display a Window after the Scan is Completed to
Show Nothing Found (it lets me know it ran a scan and all was Ok)?

1) It is usually recommended that one use "Quick Scan" which takes
approximately 2 minutes rather than the much longer "Full Scan". If
something turns up upon completion of a Quick Scan, then run a Full Scan.
2) That is correct. You can only choose Daily or one day. You always have
the option of running manual scans.
3) To see the result of an automatic scan, you need to open Windows Defender.

You can set up more complex scan schedules yourself using Windows Task
scheduler, if desired. In XP, the scan scheduled by Windows Defender is a
hidden task, which you can make visible via the Advanced menu at the top of
the scheduled tasks property page.

If a scheduled scan has a result requiring user interaction, there'll be an
icon in the notification area.
