Best ATI fanless video card?

I'm looking for the best card for my HTPC, right now I'm looking at a
9600SE, is this the best card w/o a fan?. I'm really trying to make the
system as quiet as possible (AMD 2000+ XP @ 1250mhz with a Zalman cooler and
2500rpm fan).

The Sapphire Atlantis 9800 Ultimate is the "best card without a fan".
Or you can get an ATI and put the Zalman ZM80-C or Arctic Cooling VGA
Silencer on it. The same works on the 9600s.
