BCM Contacts Not Syncing with Windows Mobile Once

I have a number of Outlook Contacts that sync with my windows mobile device.
Once i move them to BCM Contacts or Accounts they dont sync anymore.

Any workaround for this?

ok i found an app that needs to be applied to BCM that enables sync with
Windows Mobile 6.

however it does not seem to do wireless sync. this is pretty lame IMHO

anyone got any better experiences of this?
