BCC field in Outlook 2003 SP 2

I can't see BCC field in Outlook 2003 SP2. :( I even don't have BCC option
under View menu. How is this possible?

Open a new message screen. Click the View menu > BCC field. From then
on, all new messages will show the BCC field unless you turn it off.

I don't have "BCC field" under View menu. That is what I am talking about in
my post. How is that possible?

And you don't need it anyway, since, when you click "To", you'll also have
it there.

Most people do need it because they don't enter addresses using the Outlook
Address Book.
