bad link in Microsoft community email

I clicked on this link that says to click it if I want to keep getting
replies to questions I have. This is the error I got:

'Microsoft.MSCOM.CustomerServices.Proxies, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,

Does anybody else get this error, or know the fix?

I second Rick's suggestion to use a newsreader instead of the lousy web
interface. In a newsreader go to the ms server for this newsgroup.
