Backup Utility

    I am using Windows XP Home Edition which was OEM
    installed. In the book Windows XP Inside/Out it states
    that the utility needs to installed from the "valueadd
    folder" on the Windows CD. Because I am OEM no disk is
    available. How do I get this utility?
