Autoplay happens for no reason

Sometimes on my computer, autoplay happens for no reason, it just comes up on
screen, I checked if it was spyware with Microsoft Antispyware and didn't
find anything and it wasn't a virus either.

Check your event logs to see if an error with the CD / DVD drives are
recorded.
