Auto Complete not holding settings

have a computer that had to be restored back to original setting. Running
XP Home Edition, on a Compaq Pesario.
I have reset Auto Complete a dozen times at least. Each time I Boot up
system I have to reset Auto complee again. Anyone know how I can get
Explorer to hold the settings?
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I Reviewed the two links you suggested. My problem is Auto Complete will do
nothing until I reset, each time I logon. IE6 doesn't keep setting.
I do appreciate your help.
