Authorizing a remote computer to accept Remote desktop connection

Is there a commande-line way to authorize a remote
computer to accept remote desktop connection?

Then i need to find a solution if there is one... The
thing is, I was using Dameware (third party) to manage
remotely some workstations, but my company didn't renew
our licence with them (it is expired right now) and we
didn't had the time to allow all of our workstations to
accept Remote desktop connection, and our network admin
doesn't allow us to install a shareware version of
Dameware or anything else... I have the credentials and
full authority to access these machines, so is there a way
to work on the current session beside Remote Desktop
(legit solution). Would Netmeeting desktop sharing could
work (then if I need to setup the remote machine before
being able to do it, it's no good)?
