Attention: line on envelopes

Can anyone tell me how to add an attention line on an envelope in Word? ( I'm using version 2002). When I try to us the autotext format, it simply wants to add the attention line in the return address field.

Hi Vicky

If you're using the Tools > Letters and Mailings > Envelopes and
Labels dialog, click the Add to Document button. This makes the
envelope page 0. The return address is regular text and the mailing
address is in a frame.

I assume you want to add the attention line at the bottom left. Leave
the cursor in the return address. Click Insert > Text Box and draw a
box in the lower left, then insert the autotext entry in the box.

To print, use the File > Print dialog instead of the toolbar button.
Then you won't get the rest of the document printing after the
envelope. It's easiest to select "Current page", but you could type 0
in the Pages box.

An alternative to Jay's suggestion would be to download the envelope
templates from the downloads page of my web site where the job (for size 10
envelopes) is done for you, and the techniques can easily be adapted to
other envelope sizes.
