ATI TV Player Stops Responding on Hyper-Threaded CPU systems

hi i have a Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.8GHz and later (or similar, with HyperHyper-Threading (HT) I installed a TV WONDERâ„¢ PRO REMOTE CONTROL EDITION buy ATI which freezes when i use it because my computer has hyper threating there is a download available at microsoft which is suppose to fix this problem but i cant find it. the following is all that i able to find
CPR - WinXP - Hotfix in SP2 . please if anyone knows how i can download this and fix this problem please email at (e-mail address removed)

Update your ATI drivers.

SP2 ships sometime in 2004.
