Thread reference: ATI MOM.Implementation Error on Windows XP Professional X64
I have a problem when I installed uninstalled graphics drivers and then I
installed back the drivers on Windows XP Professional X64 version. I have ATI
graphics card X1950 Pro 256mb. I installed the Ati Catalyst 7.1 drivers and I
also tried the new Catalyst 7.2 drivers.

A now the problem - Error -> every time when the Windows XP Pro X64 version
start I get the error message in an Ati window that said -> Could not load
file or assembly "MOM.Implementation" or one of its dependencies. The system
cannot find the file specified.
I have a similar error except I am using the 32bit version of XP Pro.... not sure if his solution would apply to my situation or not? Also, when I try to load/run the Catalyst Control Center, I get the ATI error message `
Could not load file or assembly "CLI.Implementation" or one of its dependencies.
The system cannot find the file specified.' __Please help!
I am using a P4 2.8ghz (Dell Dimension4600i) w/~3-4GB RAM(4GB, but XP reports as 3¼), WinXP Pro (32bit),
and my vidcard is a PowerColor HD 4650 AGP.
Any assistance you could offer would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

Try using Driver Sweeper from THIS link to remove any old ATI drivers. Once done, see if you can install new drivers and if you get the same errors.
