asymetrix toolbook runtime system error message

Running Windows XP (Italian version). Trying to open an interactive anatomy
atlas, I get error message: "This executable requires the Asymetrix ToolBook
runtime system. Please make sure these files are installed and in the PATH".
I have learned that this is a known problem with some non English versions of
Windows. Otherwise the info I find on the web either does not work for me or
is incomprehensible. Please could some kind person spell out in easy, clear
steps, what I have to do to resolve this? Many thanks.

I Googled for "Asymetrix ToolBook runtime" and got a lot of useful
links. If you can't follow the instructions to fix the problem
manually, download the patch. Certainly I would scan whatever you
download with your antivirus first.

If that doesn't work for you or you still don't understand, you will
need to contact the program's tech support people for help with their
program. This is not a Windows issue.
