Hi,
I have just added to my Asus P4C800 Deluxe the new driver, it is:
378raid_100137.zip
With the old driver in "Controller SCSI and RAID I had only one
element, that is: "WinXP Promise FasTrak 378
Now, after having added the new driver in "Controller SCSI and RAID I
see also another element (two elements), that is:
"WinXP Promise RAID Console SCSI Processor Device.
Why? Why in the old driver do I read ATA and in the new driver do I
read SATA?
Is it the right driver?
Thanks

bye Adriano

Yes it is. It's absolutely normal for the new driver.

Yes,It's just the way Windows words a controller.SCSI is not the same
as SATA(serial ATA).
