Are all Socket 939 A64's automatically Winchesters?

Well, are they?

Looking at putting together a new rig, and have my eye on the 3200+. Just
bringing myself up to speed before I buy.

The 3400+'s seem to come in at least two flavors. However, the 3200's all
seem to have 512k caches, so they are Winchesters. Am I correct?

Lastly, any "stepping" to favor/avoid?

TIA

Some 939s are Clawhammers I believe.

No, they are not.
See Newegg's listings for example. You need to look in the listed specs for
"90nm", listed by Newegg as:

Process: 90nm
Socket: Socket 939

The 3200+ all appear to be 90nm, but the 3500+ come if two versions: 90nm
and 1.3 Micron (these are not Winchesters, AFAIK).
