Application loses focus after switching back from other applications on the desktop

I don't know how to narrow down the possible causes of the problem. Here is
how to reproduce it.

1. Start the .NET application
2. Switch to other application on the taskbar.
3. Click the .NET application on the taskbar to switch back.

Now I can see the title bar is blue. Once I click anywhere on the .NET
application, the title bar becomes gray, and the application is not
responding. One thing very strang is that double clicking the title bar
still minimize/maximize the window. But, the close, hide, min/max don't work
anymore. Does anyone can point me to any possible causes? Thanks for your
help.

WAG: do you have an infinite loop in the lostfocus event of the form?
