Does anyone else have this problem and if yes, how do you fix it. My APA
style bibliography format only lists the first author in the bibliography.

Hi Kim,

How did you add the author names in
References=>Citations & Bibliography=>Manage Sources
when you edited a source?

If you select a Source item in the current list, and choose Edit, then choose the Edit button next to 'Author' you should be able to
add multiple authors.
When I generate a Bibliography that has sources created in this manner multiple authors appear when they're entered by that method.
(you can also type them manually into the Edit Source Author field in the form of
Last Name, First Name MI; Last Name, First Name

If that's not the result you're getting do you have a link you can use to the problem document and bibliography list file?

Do you have Service Pack 1 to Office 2007 installed?

I add the authors and all other information using:
References=>insert citation=>add new source

That way I'm adding the information as I'm typing the paper. When I do it
this way, however, only the first name prints in the bibliography even though
I type in each name in the "Author" field.

I'm fairly sure that I did download service pack 1 but I'll check that
first. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi Kim,

If you're typing each name in Last-First-MI sequence and have a semi-colon separating each author within the same source it 'should'
be working.

If you look at the preview window in the Manage Source dialog, do you see all of the authors listed for one of the problem
Bibliography entries?

If not do you have a link to yourWord 2007 file, Sources.xml, or a link (blog, webpage, space page) to the document where you're
having the issue?
