Any Freeware Zip Tool that has 'Zip and e-mail'?

I've been using IZArc for ages and am generally very happy with it.
There's just one feature I miss from WinZip, and that's the ability to
right click on a file(s) in explorer and select 'Zip and e-mail'. This
then launches the default mail client with the file(s) you selected
zipped up and attached.

Anyone know of a freeware zip client that does the same?

Thanks.

I found this Outlook addin that will auto zip any file you attach. It
depends on what mail client you use.

http://www.baxbex.com/files/bxautozip.exe

Automated compression for Outlook and Outlook Express!
bxAutoZip is a dedicated add-in utility for Microsoft Outlook and Outlook
Express which automatically and independently compresses any files
attached to an e-mail message.

Compression dramatically reduces the size of e-mail attachments, allowing
much faster transfer times. The result is significant savings in time and
money for both the sender and the recipient.

Thanks to the program's seamless integration into Outlook and Outlook
Express, not one single extra step is required to zip the files.

Thanks for that. It does work nicely, but it's kind of ad-ware as it
sticks links to their homepage in your e-mails.

Have you tried "CoffeeCup Free Zip Wizard"

It's supposed to do what you've been asking. It's free but I haven't
used it myself so can't say whether it contains ad or spyware.
