Annoying Popup on Boot, Unable to Delete Registry Value

When I boot my laptop, I get this message that says ["Could not load or run'C:\Users\Bhaskar\LOCALS~1\Temp\msvoljiyj.exe' specified in the registry.Make sure the file exists on your computer or remove the reference to it in the registry.'] Now, I don't know what program uses this file. I searched the internet, couldn't find anything. So, I decided to remove the reference from the registry. I used regedit and searched for the file. And I found the entry. But the problem is, I cannot delete the entry. It doesn't allow meto. Any ideas what I can do?

It sounds like you had malware, the file waas deleted but the loading point was not.

Take ownership of that Resgistry key.
