[ANN] Portable Freeware Collection Volume 2

Hi,

The Portable Freeware Collection Volume 2 (as well as the updated volume
1) are both available for download.

Currently, it's BitTorrent download only. This time round, I am using
Azureus' built-in tracker instead of BlogTorrent, so let me know if you
encounter any download problems.

In the mean time, I am also updating the HTTP mirror, but due to limited
uplink bandwidth at my end, expect it to take quite a while.
