Alphabetical Order

Can I type a list of names into word and then have the
program put them in alphabetical oreder. If so how owuld
I do that.

Select your list, then choose Sort from the Table menu. You don't have to
been in a table, that's just the menu where the sort function lives.

For this to work, you must of course have one name per line as the sort
function works to sort paragraphs.
