I have the auto accept agent installed and running on our Xchange 2003 server.
We have 10 conference rooms. I want to give 5 people in a group the ability
to schedule the conference rooms only. Everyone else in the organization
should be able to view/read the conference rooms calendar but not be able to
schedule a meeting. What is the "best" way of doing this.

A good start would be to give Reviewer permission on the folder to viewers and Author permission to schedulers.
