I am looking for a friendly advice on connecting my newly acquired scanner.
It came with dedicated SCSI card and i work with Windows XP.
After installation of dedicated drivers from AGFA website, my PC still doesn't recognize my scanner. I think i have done everything correct according to the manual, but i must have missed something and i'm stuck. ID 2 on both sides seems to be correct and while loading Windows (after switching on scanner first) it appears to communicate with PC but when launching Photoshop scanning options don't have any Twain driver and Vuescan 9 x32 ( ver.9.0.91) driver is informing that no hardware was found. Is anyone able to help?
