After a regular NAV update I started to get a blue screen and the error: STOP
0x0000007F (0x00000008, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
(UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP). This occurs only when I access the internat
after a short period of time on line. Prior to the NAV update, my system had
worked fine with NAV for a couple of years. I am running Windows 2000
Professional and NAV 2004 and NIS. Is there a specific hotfix or other remedy
for this problem? (Norton has not assumed responsibility and has not provided
a solution)

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=822789 does this help?

Does not appear to help. I researched this link and it appears to be specific
to Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition 8.0 and NSI Software's Double Take.
My update was for the plain AntiVirus 2004 and NIS.

Still need a solution.

Thank you
