Adware.adpopup and adware.look2me

Tim

Hi
Antispyware doesn't spot these two. They were detected by
Norton but not removed.
However, they show up in the System Explorer as BHOs
iishard.dll and req.dat. However, when I try to block or
delete them, they reappear immediately.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Submit a suspected spyware report from the tools menu, then restart into
safe mode and run the scan. If spyware is found and removed, run the scan
again until nothing is found.

I'd just add be sure to scan with your antivirus as well as Microsoft
antispyware--same details--scan until a scan comes through clean, in safe
mode.
