Administrative folders in Documents & Settings Folder

Hello. Here's hoping some of you nice guys
can help me. My boyfriend (Sean) and I were
examining my hard drive tonight and noticed
that I have a bunch of administrative type of
folders in my Documents and Settings folder.
We don't know where most of them come from.

Sean built my PC from parts. It's a 2.4 CPU
with 512 megabytes of storage, and a 120
gigbytes hard drive. I have internet connection
by Comcast internet cable connection.

Sean had problems installing my Windows XP Home
operating system when he first built the PC
because the board was bad. He tried to install the
operating system three times so perhaps that's
where the extra "accounts?" came from.
The dealer gave me a new board and Sean and
a friend installed it We called the first board "Satan"
because it drove Sean crazy. We named the
second board "Sunshine" because it worked
fine. I only use one account: Raquel.

For some reasons, my programs all ended
up in the Programs folder of the
All Users-Windows administrative folder
instead of in my Raquel folder.

Here's list of all the administrative types of
folders in my Documents & Settings folder:

Administrator
Administrator-Raquel
All Users
All Users-Windows
Default User
Default User-Windows
Raquel
Raquel.Sunshine
Local Service
Local service.NT Authority
Local Service.NT Authority.000
Network Service
Network Service.NT Authority
Network Service.NT Authority.000

Which ones are safe to delete? And can we
just drag the dieted folders to the trash
can? Is that the safe way to do it?

You have 512 megabytes of memory, not storage.
You need one administrator account.
You need Default User-Windows and Raquel.
You probably need one Local Service and one Network Service.
Start, Settings, Control Panel, User Accounts.
Make sure there are no documents that you want in any of the to be deleted
accounts.
