Adding new 'Type' to Format->Number->Time->Type

No, you can't add a new type there. You can add new types in the
Custom category.

Who knows? The fact that it isn't included in the list doesnt preclude you
from adding it as a custom format.

Format->Number->Time->Type.
Must be as follows:
Format->Cells->Number->Time->Type
[snip]

I am working with two different Excell versions.
First version contains type hh:mm:ss where hh > 24.
Second version doesn't contain such a type. What is reason for missing that
type in second version?
