adding an option to the explorer-shell

Rutger

On my other pc with PS CS2 i have in explorer when i press right-click an
item that directly says 'open with PhotoShop'

New PC, new install, no direct right-click thing. I have to open with right
click,
'open with', and then look for PS.

I do not want to change the file association of .jpg, normally i want to
open them with Irfanview when i double-click.

Anybody can tell me how to get the item in explorer?

TIA,

Rutger.
