Word Adding a watermark to a table

Hi All
I have created a table in word 2016. I want to add a text watermark in specific parts of the table. Sorry, i don't know the correct terms to use. Cells, boxes? not sure.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Welcome to the forum :)

I think your best option would be to insert a translucent graphic into each cell you want to watermark, but make sure you place it behind the text (the option to do this is in Text Wrapping)
