Add or Remove Programs: Can't Remove

I have a few programs on the add or remove programs
screen that are already gone but will not disappear from
the add or remove programs list. I did use the
uninstaller to remove these, but they remain on the list.
Is there a way I can manually remove these entries on the
list?

Goto Start>>Run>>Type "regedit"
Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\
Uninstall, and remove any unwanted keys under "Uninstall."
