Add a right -click context menu item

Is it possible to add an item to the right-click menu on Outlook 2002 such
as Scan for Virus? I know you can send the item to a folder for that purpose
and then scan it, but I would like to know if there is a simple 1 or 2
click method that might be feasible.

Thanks.
