Activation Confirmation Number post 30 days

When i try to conect to the internet using my dsl conection to activate my windows it tells me that its not configured right but since windows is blocked how can i reconfigure. The other way is thorgh the phone but in Panama you cannot call 1800 numbers. all i need is the rotten confirmation number. what can i do?

Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Select Safe Mode at the menu.
Start/All Programs/Accessories/System tools/Activate Windows
Choose the option to activate by phone.

The number is here:

But this will not do much good if you are not at the activation
screen.
