ACT! 6 Converter

I'm dumping ACT! in preference to Business Contact Manager
but the inbuilt ACT! converter won't work - has anyone
else had this problem and if so is there a work around....
a csv file solves the problem of getting the contact into
BCM but how about all my Histories etc in ACT...
Arrggghhhhh

Have you asked this in an Act! news group or support forum? Microsoft has
no way to know how Act! works, or does not work, with .csv files.
