Accurate speed readings from programs??

I have noticed that many progs show some wacky results after changing
the multiplier and FSB.

I am running 8x400 now yet many progs read 3.6Ghz.
In fact EVEREST and CPU-Z are two of the few that read correctly at 3.2Ghz.

Have you all noticed this also?
What are some other accurate progs?
