Access to Data Access Pages

Hello Everyone, does two or more users can access to Data
access pages simultaneously. Also, is there any easy way
to convert already developed forms into data access pages
without redesigning it and writing codes. I have forms I
want to convert them into access pages. Thanks for any
input.
