"Access Denied" error when using System Configuration Utility

When using System Configuration Utility (Start Menu>Run>msconfig), I receive
the following error:

"An Access Denied error was returned while attempting to change a service.
You may need to log on as an administrator to make the specified changes."

I am loged on as an administrator so I'm not sure why I'm getting this
error. Even though I get this error, I still seem to be able to make changes.
Does anybody know how to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

I had the same problem and I fixed. The problem why this error occurs is that some running processes and startup program cause this error. I installed Tuneup Utilities and using it disabled these unecessary running proceses and programs and after that this error doesn't occur any more.
