Access denied, connectting to printer

Local apps can connect to a printer.
A app from terminal service to that same printer gets a
Access denied. Any ideas?

Any eventlog entries that accompany this?

Can you check the permissions on those printers to verify
that you have the correct NTFS permissions set?

There isn't any log entries. All permissions are
standard. Anybody else from that remote location can
print. Just this one user. I even deleted her from
Active Directory and re-created her. Still nothing.

If someone else logs in from her client, can they print
successfully? Have you tried replacing her profile
(especially the ntuser.dat file)?

In my case I was trying to get a Citrix user to be able
to print to their PC. On their PC however they where
attaching to the printer via print server. This cannot
work becase the networks are foreign to each other. In
order to print the PC client side must have the printer
dirver installed locally. You can still point to a
network printer, just the PC has to act as the server.
