756 This connection is already being dialed

Hi guys,

I have kind of urgent problem. I created 5 dialup, and after som days I get
error message on our Win2003 server :756 This connection is already being
dialed.
And only think I can do is to restart the server if I wish to call out with
that dialup profile.

Any ideas?

Are all the other connections on the machine disconnected ?
This error could occur if you have already connected on that modem.

Yes, all other connection are closed. Strange thing is if I want to make this
to work
I need to restart the server or more strange to change dialup profile name.
Is this info cached somewhere?

The following KB article talks about this error if RRAS is topped when there
is an active dialup connection. However this is applicable to Windows 2000,
did you by any chance stop RRAS when there was an active dialup connection?
