I think I have a zombie infection. I have XP, latest updates, use A-V
and anti-spyware.

When I run ^AltDel, there is a long list of exe programs running, many
of which I do not understand. How can I check if any is a zombie?

Thanks.

All those are legitimate processes. If you want to know what they are,
Google their names. It doesn't look like you have a zombie process.
