Can you provide any hint as to what you mean by "remove the zeros"?
White-out?

Do you want to filter out records? Do you want to change 0 to null?

Hello Duane,

The zeros that appear also appear on reports as well as query and they do
not affect the totals.I am looking to remove them so they dont show up so if
there is something that whites them out or any other method, please advise on
the most practical way.Much thanks for your support.

You can use conditional formatting in the report to set the font color to
white.
