Look at the user account properties in Active Directory Users and Groups. It sounds
like the account has restrictions as what computers it can logon to. Another
possibility is the security log is full on that computer as discussed in link

Go to user account properties, Account tab, "Log on to" button. Switch to "All Computers" or type in netbios name of the computer in question.

If you receive (Your Account Is Configured to Prevent You From Using
This Computer).
In active directory u have to add the computer name to user name.
à Go to the account and properties, log in to add the computer name
Done.
