Windows XP SP2 is currently in beta testing. Unless you understand
the ramifications of installing a major service pack, still in beta form,
I urge you not to install it. Let the authorized beta testers do the testing,
else you'll probably end up reformating your drive and reinstalling the
Windows XP operating system from scratch.

Wait for the final released version of SP2 which should become available
later in the year.

Thank you. I am having trouble setting up a network and
thought that an upgrade might help, but I'll wait.

Unless you are having a specific problem addressed by a SP2 hotfix, SP1
plus critical updates from the Windows Update site should be sufficient
until SP2 is released.
Any version of SP2 you find on the web is unauthorized and could be
compromised.
