XP router and TTL inrementation

Hi there,

I'm sharing internet connection and I need to increment TTL while routing it
to second PC, because my ISP sets it to 1 and second PC can't "see" an
internet.
Any advices? Thanks for any help.

P.S. I know the reason he does it, but I have my reasons too.
