Hello guys,

I used windows Twiks tool to enable Window Auto log in ... However,
something wrong happend
and now the windows is not loging at all! It just remains there like
freezing.

When I start it in the Safe mode, it brings the message, either your user
name or password is not
correct ... but doesn't allow me enter my password. But it goes to the safe
Dos mode.

So I still have access to Dos prompt. Can I restore registry from Dos prompt
to solve this issue?
I also have access to Registry. Can I alter the registry to fix this issue?

Any help will be highly appreciated!

Go back to a good copy of the registry.
Toggle F8 ( when, verifying DMI pool message comes on ) or Press Ctrl
during bootup, depends on your computer.
Select, Safe mode Command prompt
After the C prompt, type > scanreg /restore
Follow the prompts and select a registry dated prior to the problems.

sorry but i mentioned it was windows XP. because I couldn't find Scanreg /
restore
therefore I asked the question ...

Try System Restore, I have had good results using this way or Safe
Mode, different to Last Known Good Configuration in Safe Mode.

System Restore is accessed the following way:

1. It's a good practice to shut down all other applications before
using System Restore, as it requires a full-system reboot to complete
the installation. Connecting to the internet is not required, however.
So shut all applications. Then click "Start."

2. Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.
Then the program will load.

Mode.

Registry - Restore

Press F8 at boot up and you will se the option to load last good
configuration (this restores the registry). If you have system restore
on then you can restore system files just by booting into safe mode,
right click My Computer and selecting properties, now select the
restore tab.
