The problem may be the way you are burning the ISO file to disk. It must be burned as "an image" to be bootable. Nero and Roxio products are capable of burning the ISO as a bootable image. You can also get the free ISO Buster software from the following location.

Download the software setup file, install and then go to the following page for instructions on burning the image.

You also need to have the computer set to boot from the CD drive first.
