One of our customers is having problems sending files with WSFTP Pro.
He has his site set for SSL encryption but when he sends the files it
appears that SSL is either not working or has been stripped off the
session. When I sniff the session I can see his user id and password
in clear text when sniffing outside of the firewall.

What circumstances can cause this to occur?
